Spring Clamping Cylinders are used in Engineering Industry for Clamping Machine Tool Slides, Tail Stocks, Swivel Machine Heads and other moving parts. Our Spring Clamp Cylinders are manufactured to very close tolerances from qualitymaterial. Piston rods have tapped holes on both the ends. Hollow piston can also be supplied ifdesired. Outside body can be threaded or supplied without threads, depending on its end use.It can be operated by a CMSONS HYDRAULIC HAND PUMP, an Air Hydraulic Intensifierof Hydraulic Power Pack. This power is required only while de-clamping. During actualoperation of machine tools, No Hydraulic force is required.Clamping force of up-to 6.5 tons depending on the size of cylinder selected, comes from a set ofpowerful springs of high quality arranged inside the cylinder.Clamping force being independent of hydraulic pressure does not alter even after prolongedperiod of use.
